Living Wage Foundation

The Living Wage Foundation is a UK-based organization committed to tackling in-work poverty by advocating for fair and decent wages for workers. At the heart of their mission is the Living Wage program, which sets a voluntary hourly wage rate that is calculated based on the cost of living in the UK.

This rate is higher than the government’s minimum wage, aiming to provide employees with enough income to cover the basic necessities of life. Employers who choose to become accredited by the Living Wage Foundation commit to paying all their employees, including contracted staff, this calculated Living Wage.

By championing fair wages, the Living Wage Foundation seeks to promote dignity, improve living standards, and reduce inequality in the workforce.

We are a Living Wage employer
