Global Guardians Is Heading to the Housing Executive Awards 2026
Global Guardians is sponsoring the Housing Association of the Year category at the Housing Executive Awards 2026, and our team will be in Bolton on Tuesday 6th of October to meet the sector and celebrate the organisations shortlisted this year.
The awards take place at the Toughsheet Community Stadium, home of Bolton Wanderers FC, and bring together housing associations, councils, developers and suppliers from across the UK to recognise excellence, innovation and impact in social housing. The ceremony follows the Future Foundations Conference, held at the same venue on the same day.

We are looking forward to connecting with Housing Associations, industry partners and housing professionals to discuss the challenges surrounding vacant property and how Property Guardianship can provide an effective alternative.
