From finding your preferred living space to completing your application, here are the steps to becoming a Guardian.

Step 1: Create Your My-Globe Account

Your journey begins by registering for a My Globe account. This is your online portal, where you can explore available properties, manage viewings and progress your Guardian application.

Step 2: Find and Book a Viewing

Once registered, browse the available living spaces and find one that suits your requirements. Through My Globe you can request a viewing and choose from the available dates. If there are no viewings currently available, you can register your interest and receive an update when one opens up.

Step 3: Upload Your Documents

Once you have booked a viewing, you can upload the documents required for vetting:

• Three months of payslips, or equivalent evidence of income if you are self-employed
• Three months of bank statements
• An employment reference
• A copy of your passport
• A profile photo

Uploading your documents early helps keep your application moving.

Step 4: Complete Your Vetting

Every Guardian must successfully complete our vetting process and Ideal Guardian Assessment. This helps us ensure that the people joining our Guardian community understand the responsibilities that come with Property Guardianship.

Step 5: Sign and Collect Your Keys

Once you have viewed the property, successfully completed vetting and made the required initial payments, the final stage is to sign your Licence Agreement and collect your keys.
