Housekeeping & Maintenance

Keeping Properties Safe, Clean & Compliant

We maintain high living standards with regular housekeeping, swift maintenance, and fully compliant service providers.

Structured Cleaning Rotas

Guardians follow set cleaning schedules to maintain cleanliness and fire safety across all communal areas.

Fire Safety Compliance

Clean, clutter-free spaces help maintain effective fire safety protocols in all managed properties.

Maintenance Reporting via My Globe

Guardians and Compliance Officers report issues through our dedicated ticketing system for prompt resolution.

Vetted Contractors & Operatives

All maintenance providers are selected through our Ideal Supplier Assessment to ensure full compliance and quality.

As part of our Safety Management Plan, Global Guardians ensures that all properties under our management are well maintained. Cleaning rotas are created and followed by all Guardians in our buildings. Housekeeping is a key behavioural norm to ensure all corridors and areas of the property are kept clean and tidy at all times. This ensures fire safety protocols are effective under our control.

Maintenance issues are raised by our Guardians and our Compliance Officers on our My Globe ticket system to ensure recourse and service delivery, in line with our strict priority system.

Our maintenance operatives and contractors are carefully selected using our Ideal Supplier Assessment. They meet with all statutory and regulatory compliance measures to ensure a safe and secure environment for our Guardians and the local community.
