Stronger Together: Celebrating Community and Lasting Impact at Douglas Bader Park!

At Global Guardians we believe that strong partnerships can create positive outcomes that extend far beyond property protection. That is why we were delighted to be invited by Home Group to attend their 2026 Community Day at Douglas Bader Park, alongside My Yard and F.U.S.E.

The event brought residents and organisations together to celebrate the strength of the local community and demonstrate what can be achieved when organisations work collaboratively to create meaningful social impact.

Building Stronger Communities Through Partnership

Our relationship with Home Group goes beyond property guardianship. Together, we have supported initiatives designed to respond directly to the needs of residents and create lasting positive outcomes within the community.

This includes supporting a weekly food hub, which has reached 154 individuals across 53 households. The initiative provides more than access to food, connecting residents with wider support while helping to strengthen wellbeing, resilience and financial stability.

The impact has been significant, generating £19 in social return for every £1 invested and demonstrating the measurable value that community-led partnerships can deliver.

The Community Day was an opportunity to celebrate this ongoing work while strengthening the relationships that make it possible.
