Property Guardian Requirements: Who Is Eligible?

At Global Guardians, we look for responsible working professionals who are comfortable with the flexibility that comes with the Guardian lifestyle.

To meet our property guardian eligibility criteria, you must:

• Be 21 years old or over
• Be employed full-time or self-employed
• Earn £18,000 or more per year
• Be comfortable with a flexible living arrangement
• Understand that a Property Guardianship Licence is different from a tenancy
• Be able to move in within five working days of viewing

Guardians must also be pet-free, and anyone you plan to live with will need to meet the same eligibility requirements. You will also need to view the property in person before securing a space, as every building we manage is different.
