We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum 4 weeks.

We require documentation from you to apply to become a guardian.

These include:

• 3 months previous bank statements
• 3 months previous pay slips
• A scanned copy of your passport
• An employer’s reference
 

We require the following payments for you to secure a room:

• 1 month upfront
• Key payment
• £70 for a fire safety pack
• £95 admin fee

There are no pets or children allowed to live in our buildings.

This property does not include gas, electric, water and council tax.
